Stellar Coffee Co: A Cozy Retreat for Coffee Lovers in Roswell

Came here on a Saturday early morning in December. Nicely decorated coffee shop. Had a seasonal drink menu. I got a seasonal drink named Snoop Fog. It was a nice and refreshing tea. Vanilla gave a good amount of sweetness, and the mint flavor didn't bother me at all. My partner got a Red Eye. It should be really strong because first he couldn't finish it right away, and second he didn't need any caffeine for the rest of the day. It wasn't an extremely busy morning, yet our drinks took a long time to prepare. I also noticed the couple behind us in the line got their drinks before us. idk, maybe it depended on the type of the drink. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor was more cozy, we sat for a short time and then started to explore the town. Overall, I enjoyed my tea, it was a good starter.

We liked it so much we went twice in one day. The coffee flavors are perfect. I tried the pumpkin pie latte which was pretty close the best pumpkin pie flavor coffee dink I have ever had. The staff were attentive when we walked in and brought your drinks to the table when they were ready. Very pleased

Super comfy coffee shop in the heart of Main St.! They have very tasty breakfast, and the coffee is great. Highly recommend the matcha, and the Blackbear Latte!

We were visiting from out of town and this place was recommended to us by a gentleman at the Roswell UFO Spacewalk (RUFOS). The RUFOS said to show them our bracelets to get a discount on drinks. I'm unsure if we actually got a discount or not as I forgot to mention the bracelet but I was wearing it at the time of purchase. It was extremely hot outside and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs inside with us to cool down. The deserts/treats that we tried were delicious. I liked the unique drink options that were available on the blackboard and was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The dogs actually relaxed and laid down while we admired the vibrant art work from the comfort of our table. The staff wasn't the most talkative but they were cordial, polite, and efficient at their work. In case folks were wondering, I don't recall seeing any specifically dog friendly food items. But we weren't concerned with that. We were just happy to be able to get out of the sun and bring them in with us. They had local artwork displayed for sale, local crafts for sale, and some shop souvenirs. They also had some board games available for folks to play. I had the best chai I’ve ever tasted—it was warm, perfectly spiced, and just the right amount of sweet. Each sip felt like a cozy hug, and paired with the soft, beautiful live music in the background, it created the most peaceful atmosphere. Sitting there, soaking it all in with someone I love by my side, made the moment feel even more special. We didn’t need to say much—just enjoying the music, the chai, and each other’s company was enough. It was one of those simple, quiet experiences that stays with you.

You can tell that community gathers here. We were grateful for the espresso coffee. The environment was very welcoming. Loved playing board games. Bathrooms were clean and required a code.

Great coffee shop! There were a lot of good drink and food options, and the staff were friendly. My husband got a croissant breakfast sandwich and he really enjoyed it. I got the breakfast burrito and it was very good. Great coffee shop overall, good prices and nice atmosphere!

Lovely coffee shop in downtown … open early. Clean bathrooms, ATM, places to sit and relax and the hubs enjoyed the 1990 map book and said the coffee was great … so was my Diet Coke and breakfast burrito. Be patient if there’s only one person behind the counter and a kiddo … relax and enjoy not being in a hurry !
